During organizing, employers can state their views about the union, but they cannot threaten or intimidate employees.

It is against the law for employers to threaten or intimidate their employees for supporting the union.

It is against the law for an employee to be fired because they support the union.

It is against the law for an employer to offer special bonuses or other incentives to employees in return for them not supporting the union.

Employees have the right to make a free choice about whether or not they want to join the union.

The union reports to all members regularly at annual meetings.
